Dr. Wes Waddle was born and raised in Marion, Ohio. He received his B.S. Degree in Secondary Education in 1986.  He later received his Master of Theology and Doctorate in Religious Studies.  

Dr. Waddle has worked in the finance and real estate industries for the past thirty years.  He is an approved instructor through the Arizona Department of Real Estate.  He has earned the Certified Mortgage Banker's (CMB) designation, the highest designation offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association.  He is authorized to teach the National Code of Ethics to REALTORS. He also holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate and is a Certified Flight Instructor.

Wes is a local licensed and ordained chaplain in Arizona.   His mission statement is "To inspire and motivate human beings to have the desire to learn that which is needed to fulfill their dreams."
