Wes is the author of "Overqualified/Underqualified; "What Will Your Education (and Life Experience) Be Worth to You?". Wes is always open for panel discussions or educational meetings. His next book will be out in the near future.
COLLEGE INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Wes Waddle was the student liaison for the Independent Baptist Online College. Our 2000 students are located across the nation and worldwide on mission fields.
REAL ESTATE INSTRUCTOR
Wes is an instructor approved through the Arizona Department of Real Estate to instructor in Contract Law, Real Estate Legal Issues and the National Code of Ethics.
CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR
Lieutenant Colonel Wesley Waddle has served with the Civil Air Patrol since 1987. He is currently assigned to National Headquarters as a part of the curriculum development team.
CERTIFIED MORTGAGE BANKER
The "Certified Mortgage Banker" (CMB) is the highest designation offered through the Mortgage Bankers Association. He also has earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.
HUSBAND, FATHER, AND GRANDFATHER
Wes is happily married to his wonderful wife, Mary Waddle (an Algebra teacher). Together, they have three children and six grandchildren.

DR. WES WADDLE
Dr. Wes Waddle was born and raised in Marion, Ohio. He received his B.S. Degree in Secondary Education in 1986. He later received his Master of Theology and Doctorate in Religious Studies.
Dr. Waddle has worked in the finance and real estate industries for the past thirty years. He teaches these concepts to churches. He also holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate and is a Certified Flight Instructor.
Wes is a licensed and ordained chaplain in Arizona. His mission statement is "To inspire and motivate human beings to have the desire to learn that which is needed to fulfill their dreams."
